Please note that Mailscanner for spam management is unfortunately no longer usable because the developer has blocked its use following its closure.
This immediately affects web servers 1 and 3, which are being migrated in the coming days, and others that will be updated in the future.
Spam management :
Spam messages are visible in your email's spam folder.
From cPanel, see the Spam Filters icon; you can increase the detection threshold if it's too aggressive: for example, from 5 to 7.
From cPanel, see the Spam Filters icon, "Show Additional Configurations"; you can view the whitelist and blacklist to optimize your emails.
