Client depuis plusieurs années chez Yoorshop, je suis toujours impressionné par la qualité du service :
- des performances intrinsèques hallucinantes, mes sites se chargent à une vitesse incroyable (en comparaison aux offres concurrentes) ;
- un personnel ultra qualifié qui sait de quoi il parle ;
- un support client disponible, ultra réactif et capable de répondre et solutionner un problème en un temps record. Les tickets de support sont répondus quasi instantanément.

Après être passé par d'autres prestataires, je peux dire que c'est le jour et la nuit.
Je suis plus serein de savoir mes sites chez un hébergeur compétent, réactif et soucieux du service rendu.

J'avais un site e-commerce Prestashop chez un hébergeur français ayant pignon sur rue. Suite à des problèmes de lenteur que je n'ai pas réussi à régler avec le service technique même après plusieurs upgrade de solution d'hébergement.

J'ai transféré chez YoorShop ce site et je ne le regrette absolument pas :

1 - temps d'accès
- l'accès au BackOffice Prestashop est plus rapide et je ne rencontre plus aucune erreur time out. Pourtant l'appli est rigoureusement la même
- le site est 2 fois plus rapide
comparé à mon ancien hébergeur, pour un cout identique

2 - support technique
le support répond très rapidement aux questions techniques avec des explications claires et pertinentes et une solution à chaque fois.

Aussi j'ai commencé à transférer chez YoorShop tous mes autres domaines.

Je ne peux que recommander cet hébergeur.
