I have used Yoorshop for many years, first for Prestashop hosting, but now for nodejs application hosting. The platform is rock solid, and on the occasions I have needed help with anything, the support has been very knowledgeable and quick to respond.

I had a Prestashop e-commerce site with a well-established French host. Following problems of slowness that I have not managed to resolve with the technical service even after several upgrades of the hosting solution.

I transferred this site to YoorShop and I absolutely do not regret it:

1 - access time
- access to the Prestashop BackOffice is faster and I no longer encounter any time out errors. Yet the application is strictly the same
- the site is 2 times faster
compared to my old host, for the same cost

2 - technical support
the support responds very quickly to technical questions with clear and relevant explanations and a solution every time.
