A friend recommended me this web host after my few concerns notably with the famous php.ini file is not customizable in OVH. YoorShop offers everything a fully customizable range, reliable service with an excellent price / quality ratio. The service is perfect when with him, rapid response within minutes, a personalized follow if something goes wrong. Some say that clietn service is a bit cold but personally I much prefer someone honest and direct than to come across a person who beat around the bush ! We know what we want or not, I give 100% on this host with whom I would continue my way with no doubts ;-)

Once again, I had to appeal to Yoorshop service and just had to congratulate myself. After two or 3 exchanges of mail, someone called me at home and taking control of my PC fixed the problem (which was not their fault) by two shots spoons pot. Rapid intervention in case of problems, rare indeed until the phone call from the duty manager to see if the problem is resolved. Prior to joining Yoorshop I met two other providers, I am still waiting to be called to ask me if it works as I want !! Home to friendly at the phone. Troubleshooting mail ausssi effective. Bravo.

I have used Yoorshop for many years, first for Prestashop hosting, but now for nodejs application hosting. The platform is rock solid, and on the occasions I have needed help with anything, the support has been very knowledgeable and quick to respond.

Customer for several years at Yoorshop, I am always impressed by the quality of the service:
- incredible intrinsic performance, my sites load at an incredible speed (compared to competing offers);

I had a Prestashop e-commerce site with a well-established French host. Following problems of slowness that I have not managed to resolve with the technical service even after several upgrades of the hosting solution.

I transferred this site to YoorShop and I absolutely do not regret it:

1 - access time
- access to the Prestashop BackOffice is faster and I no longer encounter any time out errors. Yet the application is strictly the same
- the site is 2 times faster
compared to my old host, for the same cost

2 - technical support
the support responds very quickly to technical questions with clear and relevant explanations and a solution every time.

So I started transferring all my other domains to YoorShop.

I can only recommend this host.
